Chad came early in the time window and also called 45min before arrival. He explained in detail everything he was doing and took pictures and videos for a better explanation. He wasn’t pushy and made sure to give me each price point so we could compare. When I said no to something, he backed off immediately. Before he left, he offered to change any light bulbs and I took him up on it bcuz he has a taller ladder😂. I think that it was a very productive visit and I’ve already scheduled my next app
