Edited to incorporate response: They come and do the job but their default is to throw away dishes. They tossed protein powder, smoked salt, shelf and drawer liners for no reason, ladles and other kitchen supplies cracked, multiple glasses and measuring cups and didn’t alert of any of these. They used most of my cleaning supplies - two pairs of rubber gloves gone, two packs of scrub daddies. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE, THEY DAMAGED MULTIPLE THINGS IN MY APARTMENT. I got a flier from here for 75 dollars off so I thought I'd try it. Not only was the cleaning sloppy (I am normally a clean person so there is not much to clean in my apartment), but they damaged 3 different things in my apartment. The microwave handle fell off so I needed to glue it, they somehow misaligned my shower doors/scraped the bottom despite not even bothering to clean them, and the glass knob to one of my cabinets
