TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DONT be fooled by the reviews, I had people coming out to the Arlington area to look for possible rat/raccoon infestation, the person came for inspection Lulu, who apparently wasn’t even trained or licensed, told me we had raccoon poops in our attic and said I needed to purchase a large trap that costed $250. For the next five days the trap have being triggered and food has been eaten everyday but no animal in cage, I have called everyday for someone to come to fix it and the

HORRIBLE COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. Kept on charging me for service even after I canceled service. First they agreed to refund me but never did and now the owner said he will not refund any money. Leaves me with no option other than smalls claim court.
