It seems Ben the original owner is no longer the owner. The new owners came out to give me a estimate for some outdoor step rails. I sent in some photos of the steps and the rep came out took some measurements and ask some detail questions. He spent around 30 minutes and said he would send me an estimate. After a week and no estimate I contacted them to make sure I wasn't forgotten. They said it had been determined that they could not help me with my project. The rep could have mentioned this to
