He came the next day and gave me a quote after. It was painless and easy. I unfortunately did not move forward with Benny for other reasons, but will keep him in mind for the next project. He was also very professional when I mentioned I couldn't move forward.

The new roof and gutters are great and show excellent workmanship and attention to detail. The property was cleaned up and left as it was found.
