So to begin this experience let me start with did the adjustments with them didn't have the color I wanted to begin with, then after qouted and paid the squeezed more money out of my insurance company, then still trying squeeze me for another $700 dollars, after wanting to advertise in my yard and basically got a free working dryer off me. They did a horrible job. They didn't clean up after they were done with my roof. My back yard was a mess. And, I had to drain my pool because of all they mess they made. Zero stars!

I called Bella Vista two weeks ago and spoke to someone named Anthony about getting an estimate for repairs to the roof over my back porch. He agreed to meet me at my home on May 18th at 5:15pm. On that day, I got off work at 5pm and rushed home to meet him and he never showed up. I called him again on May 19th and Anthony explained that he got busy and forgot about the appointment. We had hail damage and leaks in our roof. Andrew and the team were awesome. The roof looks fantastic. When they got the previous roof off they decided that most of our 9 skylights needed to replaced. Thus was not planned, but they covered it, no expense to us. The workers were polite, cleaned up every day when finished.
