DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HER. She lacks professional integrity in our book. Beware of this business. She ignored everything we suggested or wanted in our home. We showed her exactly what we wanted and she completely ignored it. She brought out an awful mural designer that we did not want nor did we ask for a painter of any kind. She wanted to paint our kitchen cabinets that we never wanted painted. She asked for a $3k "retainer" upfront which is nonrefundable no matter what. We dismiss
