We contracted the Beaver team to provide a roof structure for an outdoor patio and courtyard project.. The result was a beautiful structure. The carpentry crew were really craftsmen. They were very efficient; the job was initiated as scheduled and they stayed on site and on task until completion. John, the lead carpenter runs a tight ship, in addition to the steady work, the job site was picked up and buttoned down at the end of each work day. They are good communicators and work as a team. Beaver fixed the header over our garage. We had a slow drip after it would rain. Apparently, rain water was getting under our siding and dripping into the wood. Lots of rot and damage. They repaired it all, re-attached the siding and it looks brand new. Very happy once again with their craftsmanship, communication and professionalism

I couldn’t have been happier with both the great work done by Beaver and with the pleasant personal interactions with the staff and crew working on our home over a period of months. Our second floor porches on both the front and back had to be rebuilt due to water damage, including major carpentry repairs, new fiberglass flooring, new trim work, all new railings, and new columns in front.
