Bear Engineering is a very trustworthy company for foundation inspection. Booking appointment is very easy. Their inspector, Mo You, gave me extremely thorough inspection during the appointment and spent an entire afternoon at our place, which is significantly longer than the scheduled time. He provided an extremely detailed report within the agreed upon time frame. The report is helping me getting a better knowledge of my own property's condition and guide me on the future steps to maintain it.
