David was professional but personal in how he inspected the home and interacted with me. I thought his method of inspecting was full proof and he gave lots of details and explanations to things in the report that he found in the home. I would recommend him to anyone! David was the best home inspector I’ve ever worked with. He was communicative, quick to schedule in a pinch, and extremely thorough in his assessment of the home. I am confident that there isn’t anything that gets past his keen eye. He even returned to the property an additional day to observe the HVAC system one more time and make sure things were running properly.
