They finally fixed everything and made it right.

State certified general contractor here. Beachfront painting found their way onto my clients' balcony (the wrong balcony) and began chipping up tile. We get it, mistakes happen. Needless to say the tile had to be replaced. After approval from the company, the balcony tile was replaced, materials and labor being funded by my company. After work was complete, they refused and continue to refuse to pay. Beachfront is currently not responding to emails or calls. They also currently have a $50k+ lie
