When I first called, the person I spoke to immediately checked if she had availability. She spoke to one of their plumbers to see, then gave me the number of that plumber and said I could call to coordinate and explain the issue better. I called and spoke to Matthew. Originally found Beach Plumbing when looking for someone to install my new Toto toilet. Was surprised they were able to send out someone for an estimate the next day. Rene arrived and was so nice and knowledgeable. We were able to schedule the installation within the same week.
