Everyone is very helpful. My biggest concern is the number of trips I have made over the years to repair my blinds. In the beginning, several repairs were made by techs coming to the house. Now, of course, I bring them to the store. I believe I have ten blinds from Bazaar. Most of them have been in for repair. Some more than once. I have four years left on my 10 year warranty. Then what happens. New blinds?
