I had been a customer of Bayside for many years. I have a generac generator and it was working fine, I scheduled an annual service and it has not worked right since the service. As a follow up they came and installed a new battery which did nothing. They would not come back to fix the problem until I paid the invoice for a battery that was not the issue. Very unhappy customer!
