Stacey responded to my post and shared with me the 2nd report was sent, however, I didn’t see the report until after my final walkthrough, so I still couldn’t present any concerns. I’ll say communication wasn’t positive because I had to follow up with his company to get the report. Lesson Learned, all referrals may not a good fit for you and it’s important to research businesses beforehand and especially before making a payment.
