The workmanship of the teams of workers was outstanding. I redid my laundry room floor in the garage; it had cracks in the concrete, a small hole in the ground by the wall, and moisture that leaked in during heavy rains. I also had an old wash stand removed and a new cabinet with a sink put in. Along the back wall the pipes in the plumbing were exposed and needed to be covered, sheet rocked, and painted.
