Had aa phone consultation with John the owner. He seems to really know his stuff and transparently told me about different repair options, how the issue could have arose, and strategically planned out our approach for the water damage fix. Highly suggest if you are looking for an expert.

This contractor had terrible customer service and dishonest. I definitely won't be using their services!

John came out and did a thorough job of assessing the problem with our balcony drain and water damage to our sliding glass doors. He talked me through the different possible solutions. Really appreciate him taking the time to do that!

I wanted to hire John last year, but couldn’t, unfortunately, and so went with a different contractor who charged me $4K only to fail to fix my issue and subsequently claim that it couldn’t be fixed. I got it right this year by hiring John who correctly diagnosed the problem and went above and beyond in his resolution. I would not hesitate to work with John and his crew again!

He stopped by our house the same day, quickly discovered the source of the leak (water-damaged wood above the window), and came out the following day to do the necessary repair.
