TLDR; they are great if you need a one time install and NEVER need after sale service. However if you ever need them to fix some problems AFTERWARDS (even if it's an install problem). In other words if you are giving them $$$ they were great but if it's to fix something so you are not giving them money it would take 2 weeks or more to get them to reluctantly come by.
