Update: May 2026 5ish months later we started getting very bad mold in the caulking, despite cleaning frequently. Besides poor ventilation (which is not their fault at all) application of caulking (upon getting various professional opinions) was observed to be poor. Also likely bad caulk product. They did provide a fix to an area of the shower, which quickly molded over within 2 weeks. There was back and forth for roughly 2 months, and still no fixing the problem to follow through on their work
