Arrived when promised, opened the system and repaired some issues.

Bates installed our sprinkler system years ago. We have been very happy with it. This year there was a mysterious problem with water pressure when doing the spring start-up. Chad patiently went through all the possibilities, found the problem, and repaired it. Would highly recommend Doug and his crew.
