I called for a site plan and concrete engineering and did not get a response as agreed by Tracy. My attempt to contact them again ended up being they subcontract out the engineering then add a fee on top due not having a on-site engineering staff. I was told a would be getting a quote immediately after the phone call. NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING the initial excuse was Tracy had LL in my email instead of 11. How giving the numbers 11 be heard as LL. That's Winslow's style as the name says slow.
