Breck and his men were amazing. We were trying to close on a house and the lender required structural repairs for the pier and beam Foundation. Can you we needed help quickly and he jumped on it and got it done. Provided us a detailed report and final proof of repairs for the lender. Afterwards, the hallway is no longer sloped the kitchen floor doesn't bounce and even cracks in the doorways are closed and look like brand new. The house feels strong stable and straight. Not only did Breck and his team fix the foundation, but they also fixed a leaky pipe under the bathroom and replaced the subfloor that rotted as a result of the leak. They were able to schedule it very quickly and then finished the whole job in an afternoon, and charge very reasonably!

I can say this company gets the foundation work done. Did a relevel adjustment after the warranty expired. Even made sure doors and windows worked after adjusting. Quick and Efficient
