To begin with, the technician Clay kept me updated on when to expect him. He was very punctual, listened to my problem, and got right to work. In less than an hour he diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and had my unit cooling nicely. Clay was personable and very competent. He kept me informed on process. Would highly recommend.

Isaiah did a great job. He knew exactly what he was doing and took apart the necessary things to get to my fan wheel which was quite dirty and he cleaned it up really well.. Along with the rest of the unit.

Super honest and helpful. When another company said my unit was going out and need to replace a motor. B&D looked at it and verified that nothing was wrong with it and gave me advice on how to keep it going strong! Definitely recommend them.
