The price point for this cleaning service is definitely in the higher tier. While I am willing to pay a premium, I expect a corresponding level of professionalism. Unfortunately, both cleaners arrived approximately an hour and a half late. Had punctuality been the only issue, I might have overlooked it, but I then discovered that dishes would not be washed.
