Received a proposal from this pool builder as expected. However, this builder spoke poorly of other builders (only contractor to do so) while berating my choice of contractors (who offered better warranties and quality of build). The icing was when Trevor sarcastically said “well good luck with that” before hanging up on me. Told Randall Bolin, General Manager, needed a light replaced. An old incandescent to another one. He came out, tried to sell me more than what I needed. Told me that it would have to be changed to an LED, with a transformer, etc....NOT TRUE. Then he disappeared when I called a couple of times to find out a price. He could have just told me that the job wasn't BIG enough for him. Ended up getting another company to replace the incandescent fixture to another. Easy as that!
