I have been dealing with Andrew for many years and he’s always helped me out. I had a few times where my key was not cut correctly so it was a little hard to turn but I decided to deal with it since Andy always gave me a good price. However this is my first time reaching out to Andy after he made a big mistake. He programmed a new spare key but erased the other keys and remotes from the vehicle. It’s been 4 days since I’ve been trying to catch him in a good time at the shop but after the 3rd day
