I called Brian after getting his name from a trusted source. Brian helped walk me through my septic problem and helped me contact the appropriate people. Brian ultimately didn't have to come out as the problem got solved but he answered many phone calls to help me in a very stressful time. When I need septic work, I will undoubtedly be calling Brian.

Contacted Brian about an issue with my septic system that I thought he had installed (my mistake, he had done different job for me decommisioning an abandoned system), but he was nice enough to spend a significant amount of time with me on the phone the next morning earnestly trying to troubleshoot the problem with me even though it was clear it wasn't his work. Gave me several good recommendations for next steps. I would not shy away from hiring him for further work.
