Brett arrived during the scheduled time window. He was polite, cleared the sink blockage, and cleaned up after he was done. Everything was completed in 30 minutes. Price was reasonable. When he saw that we do not wear shoes in the house, he left his shoes outside while working! I would definitely use B&G again should the need arrive.

Called the team for a blocked drain. Came out about 90 minutes later. Showed me the issue, cleared the issue. Cleaned up and we were back to normal. Brett did a great job.

The service tech showed up on time. He introduced himself, immediately checked the tank and then proceeded indoors to evaluate equipment he would need Explained everything to me and after our conversation went about doing his job. The problem was solved, equipment was returne to his truck and the work area cleaned up. Great job!
