Randall is very responsive and went above and beyond to install our tv and sound system how we wanted it - We had an unexpected mounting challenge that Randall found a creative solution for and was able to do on the spot- without having to schedule a return trip.

I met Randall through a friend, i told him my tv sound was not coming through my ceiling speakers, he came out yesterday 1/9/26. He looked at all of my Sonos boxes, amp and wiring, he diagnosed the issue quickly and changed out cord and wiring and fixed it right up! Randall does quality work, cleans up and is very knowledgeable! Give him a call for any of your audio/video, electric shades or blinds, landscape audio, etc! He will be my go to from now on!

After lots of time spent on the phone with customer service reps from both Samsung & Sonos, with no results, Randall walked me through the steps to resolve my issue with my Sonos Playbar over the phone! He knew exactly what to do and was so gracious to help me…plus he refused to let me pay him for his time. He’s the best—highly recommend!
