Had the opportunity for APC Professional to provide some adjustments for our pool cover as we noticed it did not close properly. One of APC's employee, (Darren) is a true professional. Courteous, engaging, sharing, and explaining the problem so that the customer has a good understanding of what may have caused the problem. Darren also shared what he did, why he did it, and what should be expected. It's good to work with true professionals.

My phone call to the service department was quick, friendly and gave extra effort to help. The guys came, with a text message they were on the way, and fixed our issue, plus some maintenance work. We now have a working cover and our pool area is safe and secure. Everyone was courteous and hard working. Much appreciated. Well done!!!
