2012 Volkswagen GLI. These cars are known for ignition tumbler failures where the key won’t turn. Ours locked up on a Sunday night. I thought I was headed for a $1,000 dealer repair until I found Kris. I texted him at 8pm Sunday—he responded within minutes. By 6:45 Monday morning, he was at my door. 45 minutes later, the ignition was fixed and the car starts perfectly. Outstanding service and craftsmanship. Highly recommend for ignition and door lock issues.

I hired Kris for non-emergency service,  to program two  spare fobs for my cars and cut a metal key. He explicitly stated he only uses factory OEM parts and would also cut an emergency metal key. Furthermore, he failed to cut the emergency keys for the fob as promised, providing a separate key instead. While the programming worked, the rest of the service was highly deceptive. I was at work during the appointment, so my adult son checked that the fobs successfully unlocked and started the cars
