Boyd was very helpful in diagnosing my pool heater and resolving other pool connectivity issues, including the salt cell. He took the time to explain how everything works, what maintenance is required, and what I should watch out for in the future. He also clearly explained the differences between a pool heater and a heat pump. Overall, it was a great experience, and I appreciated his knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to educate me throughout the process.

Max answered my phone call when my old pool pump had a leak and I didn’t know what was wrong with it. He came by without charging a fee and diagnosed what was wrong with the pump. He gave me estimates and the options I had which I greatly appreciated. We were back up and running in a few days. Even when I had issues on my end and called him back out he graciously came out and showed me how everything worked without making me feel incompetent.
