AusClean was hired for final clean of the MultiCare Covington Hospital at the end of construction before the hospital opened. Their bid was competitive and they completed the work according to the construction schedule and project phasing plans. The project was 100,000 sf encompassing 4 floors and 2 buildings. AusClean submitted virtually no change orders, despite the scale and complexity of the work. They cleaned everything to our satisfaction the first time around and were super professional.
