What started as a positive experience quickly evolved into a negative one. We had signed up for the yearly renewal program, roughly $280 a year. It worked for the first year and the program was easy to use. When the renewal came around for year 2, they charged us 3 times in one month. Two of the charges took place at 2:00am. They do not have a phone number to speak with a representative, manager, or supervisor. The only option is an AI chat bot, if you ask it to speak with a human you get someon

This is definitely the best solar software tool out there! I have used all other alternatives, such as OpenSolar, SolarGraf, Solo, etc, and they are all terrible. If you want a successful business without glitchy software, this is the way to go.
