Since first day they came to the house gave me a bid and showed up to do the work. They were on time quick conscientious about my home and did a great job.

Overall good experience with AtticPros. The price is higher but Marvin was attentive to my input and managed his team well. When there problems, they were taken care of. The included follow-up visits are worth the price since the company is taking responsibility for rodent control.

I’ve had Attic Pros come out to do rat removal and remediation a few times now (they are always good to come back and pick up any traps they have left behind for stragglers as well as to close up new entry points that those tricky rats keep coming up with!) Raonel and Jose are two of my favorite technicians. I’ve left a much more extensive review on Yelp, but I thought I should also get the word out here. Attic Pros is worth every Penny!

Excellent service. Price was reasonable given the quantity and quality of the exclusion work done. Post exclusion inspection performed by Jose, about two months after the exclusion work, was top-notch and established that there had been no pest activity! I highly recommend Attic Pros, Jose & Samim.
