Jordan came to provide a very detailed quote and explanations for the job at no charge. After we signed up for the job, Jesus and the crew came with a truck that had a long tube to suck out the old insulation, installed new insulation, blocked openings that the rodents could enter the attic through, and set mouse traps. They put coverings on the floor, stairways, and walls to protect the house interior. Ricardo came for the follow up visit and removed a mouse that was caught by one of the traps.

Michael was very helpful. He explained everything (how they do the job, what kind of insulation should we choose, timeline, ...etc) clearly and answered many questions we had. The price was also very competitive. The job was done neatly by Victor and his team, they did everything (remove the old insulation, clean the attic, and install new insulation) within 5 hours. They even fixed a screen for our crawl space. Highly recommend!
