Terrible company.

As a customer for so many years, I will say this place has gone so much in customer service. And since I have no other option to use, im stuck with them. Ive been without gas for 10 days now and counting. As a single father with 3 kids, my oldest is physically handicapped and a caregiver on weekends to my grandfather in his 80s, this place just doesn't care about restoring gas. Temperatures falling into the 30s at night? They still dont care! Better bundle up! 3 more days without a hot shower or

I would highly not recommend Atmos, I set my account up was advised they would run a credit check to see if I qualified to waive the deposit. Of course I qualified, they come out to my house and turn on the gas.They then turn around and put the deposit on my first bill and say it was never waived. These companies can say and do whatever they want and get away with it. I recommend any gas company but them, Highly dissatisfied customer. I will be switching companies, Thank you but no thank you.
