During Hurricane, I discovered a leak in my upstairs bedroom. I immediately started calling roofing companies, but only one answered. Mike was incredibly kind and followed through with him promise to have Mr. Jacob come out within an hour. He arrived in 45 minutes and quickly sealed off the leak with a GAF tarp. He even cleaned out my gutter downspouts while he was up there. Mr. Jacob wouldn't accept payment and said he could come back in a few days to replace the decking and shingles. I receive
