Disconnects my gas for “non payment” every few months for the five years I have lived here. My bill is paid on time, and in full each month. My meter is connected to someone else’s account. Each time they promise me they will fix it, “this won’t happen again,” it happens again. Intelligence doesn’t live at this company. Incompetent as a description is honestly a compliment.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! please listen to the reviews bad business all around and don’t reach out thinking you’ll get help they don’t care!!! All they are going to do is back they’re unprofessional employees! Just pitiful
