Can't say enough great things about Astrawatt Austin!! They installed a large system with 3 powerwalls for our family and added batteries to my parents system, whose installer had gone out of business. Not many companies will take on somebody else's system, but Astrawatt did with no problem!! There were a couple hiccups with our install (which was a pretty big and complicated system), but not only did they make it right, they made it better!! Not many companies you can say that about!! I had a great experience today with the technician Astrawatt Solar sent to help with my system. Roberto was able to take care of my Enphase envoy issues that I have trying to deal with for the past 2 months. My original installer had gone out of business and my frustration was high. Roberto did the install of the envoy and would not leave until all the issues had been addressed. He also greatly relieved my anxiety about using this company in the future.

From start to finish, working with Astrawatt was an amazing experience. Scott, Lucy and the whole team made me feel like I was their only client and were readily available to answer my every question. At no point did I feel unprepared for what was happening or what came next as they laid everything out so that I understood the process. Once everything was approved (HOA, city, etc) installation went by in a breeze, the team came out, and were done in no time.
