I had a blind that needed repairing. Aspen B&D was very helpful getting the blind sent off to the repair shop and tracking it down when the wait time seemed too long. A new replacement blind finally came and is installed. It works differently and doesn’t quite provide the light protection like the old one. Jayden was able to come out quickly to measure for our roller shades. Shades were ordered and installed about three weeks later, the day after the office received them. Installation was quick and the shades look great! We got blackout shades for our bedrooms.
