They said you wouldn't be locked in. The people were nice enough at first, I trusted what they said, and I took the bait. First off, the contract is pretty much final as soon as the 3 day "test period" is up. You cannot cancel, you cannot get your money back, you cannot reconsider. Second, the system cost is an absolute rip-off. I opted for a basic system, no fancy cameras or doorbell or anything, just a panel and some sensors. The cost of all the devices came up to $5900. Working with this company has been an all around terrible experience. The sales guy straight up lied to us, the company took over a month to send us money to buy us out of our old contract, they sent the wrong amount, we didn't get all the equipment we were promised, and they didn't take down our old equipment as promised. Getting a response from anyone takes days which isn't comforting for a security company. And no one seems to follow through with communication. Would not recommend and I wish
