Jon and Alex did a great job diagnosing an electrical issue with our EV car charger and recommending several fixes. I implemented a few of the repairs myself but had them back to install a surge protector on our main panel. Super knowledgeable, punctual and courteous and I appreciated that Jon took the time to explain the background of what had likely happened, why, etc. Very happy with the overall service.
