Stay away from this company. We had the shell based pavers installed on our covered patio and also around our pool and outdoor patio. All have some discoloration but the ones under roof have gotten so discolored they look like an ugly checkerboard. A salesman came and tried cleaning with muriatic acid which did nothing. I have tried to get some replacement or reimbursement but they insist this is either normal or it's my fault. AZROC inspected and thought they agree they are ugly and discolored

I have never had a worse experience with a company. We purchased pavers from them only to wait 6 mo. plus for delivery. After they were installed they looked good for a minute but quickly started to stain and discolor. Within 6 months a huge percentage of the pavers had already cracked. We spoke with our installers and they had someone out to confirm if it was a warranty issue. They confirmed that our pavers were malfunctioning and likely a bad batch. Please do not use this company. Not quality products that fail within a year of install and they do not stand behind their products so when they fail you are just out of luck.
