It is always someone else's fault when something goes wrong with this business. Just check out the responses from the owner on all of the review sites and make up your own mind. I would never do business with them again.

Overall service was great. The initial consultation was very professional and the sales manager (Richard) was very polite and knowledgeable. Once the work began they finished our backyard within a couple days. Very happy with the price and the work completed. They made our small backyard feel large and functional. Would definitely recommend Artificial grass masters!!
