Very disappointed with Mr. Arturo. He came in highly recommended by a realtor friend. I took him to a house that I'm interested to buy as I wanted to make sure that some structures in the house were possible to be removed without any issues and to understand approximately how much that will cost me, because it will affect the price I'm planning to offer for the seller... He came in, took measurements and promised to advise me of an estimate. 10 days in the process I keep calling and texting him.
