After shopping at the N. Durham, NC Lowe’s and seeing a flyer for an HVAC maintenance special, I called the number and set up my appointment. They contract out with a local company here called ARS. Friendly employees but questioning quality. I had new units installed in August and have needed 5-6 service calls to fix issues on new ac units. Keep getting told the issue is fixed only to have to call again 1-2 months later. Covered under warranty but still frustrating ..
