On Tuesday 4/21, received this companies information off of Angi in order to get a quote for a new fence. The following is the text conversation that I had with the company. 4/21 4:58pm - (Arrow) Hi James, This is Megan from Arrow Fence of Ohio. When is a good time for us to come out and give you a free estimate? 4/21 4:59pm - (Me) I work from home this Thursday and Friday so anytime on those days would be great. No response 4/

This rating reflects my experience based specifically on the work that was completed. I had partial fence posts repaired/fixed, and while the quality of the completed work was acceptable, I was charged additional fees for items that were not identified during the initial assessment. Clear communication upfront about all potential costs would have made for a much better overall experience.

Arrow did such a wonderful job for us, they were willing to work with me and put my concerns aside. Ben was so knowledgeable and a phenomenal guy. Wouldn’t recommend another company than Arrow
