Best experience ever! David Evans was our inspector and I was impressed with how thorough he was and his knowledge of all the various systems involved in a home. It was not a run around quickly and “tick the box” Inspection. Although the inspection was “fixed price” there was never a rush to “finish up and get to the next assignment”. After the inspection, we did a walk around and I was able to ask questions on individual items. We talked about the various things that needed immediate work and h
