Gio and his partner came today to install a new softening unit. They were on time, professional, and covered everything with us. They also cleaned up afterwards. Everyone involved from the person on the end of the phone to the technicians who installed our unit were polite, caring, respectful and knowledgeable. We have had three previous Kinetico units at different homes. Wouldn’t choose anyone else.
